Upon confirmation of the transaction, a customer service representative will contact the customer to arrange an appointment. - Identity Verification: When visiting any re:HEALTH centre, customers must present a DBS Eminent Visa Signature Card or DBS Eminent Visa Platinum Card issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited to access the designated services.
- Membership Registration: To protect customer interests and ensure service accuracy, customers are required to present a valid identification document and complete membership registration.
- Exclusive Use: The designated services are for the cardholder’s personal use only and are non-transferable.
- Service Confirmation: Prior to receiving any service, customers must ensure they fully understand and agree to the items and arrangements provided by re:HEALTH or its designated centres.
- Amendments: re:HEALTH reserves the right to revise, modify, or amend this exclusive arrangement and its related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
