Stay away from heart sub-health

Do you often feel tired, weak, or physically and mentally unwell, but can't find the cause? Then you may be in a state of "sub-health".
Both men and women often experience physical discomfort, feeling as if they are sick, with symptoms such as low energy and decreased organ function, but no cause can be found in clinical practice. In fact, they are in a state of "sub-health," and the World Health Organization has begun to remind modern people to pay attention to this health condition.
What is sub-health?
The term "sub-health" is relatively new to most Chinese people, representing a physiological state between health and disease. The World Health Organization (WHO) has repeatedly encouraged modern people to pay attention to the concept of sub-health, which is mainly characterized by obvious physical and mental discomfort, but without structural or metabolic abnormalities in the body. In other words, if a person has one or more symptoms, it indicates that they are in a sub-healthy state.
Sub-health is typically characterized by arterial and vascular aging, resulting in accumulated damage and poor health. For example, a key aspect of arterial aging is the buildup of fat on the arterial walls (arteriosclerosis), which narrows the arteries and can lead to heart disease and stroke. High blood pressure and smoking also exacerbate arterial aging. Nicotine raises blood pressure and makes platelets more prone to clumping and rupture. Platelet rupture creates knots, potentially triggering heart disease or stroke. Before arterial aging leads to heart disease or stroke, one is in a state of sub-health.
The concept of "sub-health" remains controversial in medicine. What exactly constitutes sub-health? How is it diagnosed? There is no clear medical standard. In mainstream medicine, sub-health is merely a concept, and the WHO has not provided a definitive definition. Generally, sub-health manifests in various ways, primarily encompassing physiological, psychological, and social adaptation aspects. According to a survey of sub-health status among Hong Kong residents conducted by the University of Hong Kong, the symptoms of sub-health are mainly divided into "psychological sub-health" and "physiological sub-health."
Symptoms of sub-optimal mental health:
